He walked in and said please tell me about your case I don’t have anything about you. I never received anything from Yale or bloodwork from Option Care. I Then asked how could you have made the decision to stop IV antibiotic 2 weeks earlier than prescribed if you knew nothing? He could have let me or Yale know over the 6 weeks I waited to get in for appt. mentioned I still had chest pain and brushed that off saying probably scar tissue from tube that drained lung while in hospital. I ended up back in hospital with same infection, pericarditis and then suffered a heart attack. Think it’s time to wrap it up Dr Silverblatt.

Terrible experience. Insisted the positive Lyme result was from receiving the Lyme vaccine, which I not only never rcvd but was never available in my day. Refused to accept documentation from my previous infectious disease/Lyme specialist and refused to speak with him (he’s retired but offered to work w/Silverblatt, given the years I was under his care). Ran several expensive unnecessary tests.

My primary care physician referred me to Dr. Silverblatt when my clinical symptoms indicated Lyme Disease but my blood tests were all negative. I was six months post tick bite and getting sicker by the day. Dr, Silverblatt treated me for Lyme and I began to feel better. However due to the delay in treatment Lyme Disease had invaded my left knee joint. He extended my treatment and now my knee pain has resolved. I am very grateful for his intervention. Based upon my experience I highly recommend Dr. Silverblatt for treating Lyme Disease.

Call to Dr. Silverblatt.........my daughter would have gone even longer than the 8 month battle if we gave up with a call to Dr. Silverblatt.................He said she did not have lyme................but she did..........and not only did she have lyme disease,,,,,but in later testing with proper Lyme Trained MD Dr. Gloor..........actually had lyme, bartonella............(including Batonella striations on her spine) mycoplasma pneumoniae, and then Babesia reared its ugly head. Thank God for Dr. Gloor........he is a genious. We treat with the best Dr. Charles Ray Jones and Dr. Gloor..........Rhode Island is lacking in Lyme Disease Physicians..............the old science Dr.'s actually are neglectful and abusive.........(refusing to believe new science and knowlege regading the borrelia spirochete, and itt;s ability to hide in cyst-like blebs within the cell (and not actually found in the blood when testeds...............run fast and run far from this Dr. to the nearest lyme literate MD or NP

Doesn't know how to treat chronic lyme and is extremely rude and childish. I almost died seeing him. Lucky I found a good lyme doctor that was educated. This uneducated fool shouldn't have a job.
