Nice park some trailers are in need of work however if your looking for a place to live with reasonable prices for trailers it's quaint stores are within walking distance an from the looks there's been growth since I've seen this place from six years ago seems also that there are more things of commercial buisnesses too come

The park is nice and the homes themselves are nice and comfortable. Management however is very poor. Then new manager is lacking professionalism and respect. So many complaints. Hopefully the owners have taken notice and replace her.

There are some pretty nasty lots.
