I have been a patient of Dr Cassin for many years. She is both a superb diagnostician and a caring, knowledgeable physician. When I was diagnosed with breast cancer many years ago, Dr Cassin -knew that, because of an auto immune disorder, I could not afford to have a lymphectomy (the shotgun approach used by all other surgeons at that time). Instead, she sent me to Dr Stephen Falkenberry. He used a technique known as Sentinel Node Biopsy to determine the exact location of the tumor. Therefore, I had a lumpectomy instead of invasive surgery. I am deeply grateful to Dr Cassin.
