Wow. Dr DiSano made room on Friday afternoon, for our camper son from out of state, and did repair dental work on his tooth, and saved the day. He was professional, clean, efficient and very very light on the hands. Haven't seen the bill yet, but I am certain he will be efficient in that as well. Was a great experience! If he operated his practice in NYC, we would switch to him in a flash. Wonderful experience, bH. A real 'mentsch'. Thanks Dr and staff. Really appreciate it. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

i had been going to the same dentist for almost 30 years so I was very nervous when I had to find a new one. After searching local dentists and reading all reviews I was able to get an appointment with Dr. John today and I must say I am very impressed with both him and his staff.They were very professional and through; I am very happy I found this office.

I called for an emergency appointment on a Monday around 3pm. The receptionist informed me they were only open Tuesday through Friday and she and he were only there catching up on administrative things and paperwork. She took my phone number and told me not to get my hopes up but she would try her hardest to see what she could do. I thanked her and told her this was one of the worst pains I’d ever experienced in my life, I could tell she was really listening.(After diagnosis I had an abscess in a tooth with a cavity that was horribly infected and also needed a root canal) I essentially just kept calling any and all dentists around begging for someone to see me but not ONE would take me with my insurance, I then just started saying I didn’t care and would pay out of pocket. The earliest anyone would see me was 4 days away. I couldn’t imagine making it until tomorrow that’s how intense the pain was. About 2 hours later my phone rings, and he personally took the time to call me and tell me his receptionist could tell I really needed help. He told me to drive over immediately. At this point his office was already closed. I walked in holding my mouth apologizing for the inconvenience to him and his receptionist for keeping them. They made me feel completely at ease. And told me to stop apologizing, He got me right into the chair the talked me step by step through absolutely everything he was doing, his attention to detail and knowledge were my favorite things about him. He also was very encouraging and patient, no rushing no anything even though it was now almost 6pm. He showed me pictures of what he was doing, before and after to show me what he had done. I kept him there for over an hour and a half and the receptionist as well and all the while they both encouraged me and told me how great I was doing. I cannot recommend this dental group enough. Him and that receptionist were heroes to me that day as cheesy as it sounds. They were there for me in one of the most painful days of my life.nnThank you Dr. Jon, from the bottom of my heart(and the bottom of my tooth where my abscess used to be)nnAnd thank you to the receptionist, I’m sorry i don’t remember your name, but I remember you listening intently and not just treating me like a stranger but like someone who really needed help.

My husband and I moved from out of state last year and chose Dr. DiSano as our new dentist. We continue to be amazed at the quality of care we have received. And if you want pain free dentistry, Dr. DiSano has to be the very best out there!
