Rhode Island Traffic Tribunal

Every one who works here is so rude and short tempered. Anytime i've tried to call for information or get some clarification on a document thats been handed to me i'm met with abrupt responses that cut me off before i can even finish my question, and then they don't care to evaluate wether or not the person understands the answer they're given. I'm not rich and there are fees for every little thing so i'd like to have a full understanding of whats going on. Why is it that poeple have to respect the court but the court doesn't have to respect the people

Hours here aren't easy to accept.
