The staff at the Branch Ave Location was extremely incredible. From the doctors to the receptionist, everybody showed patience, kindness, and went above and beyond to be helpful. I am extremely grateful to everybody there. Keep up the good work

Staff is nice but I've literally been waiting over an hour to take a peek test. I've done this 100 times before and it's only taken 10 minutes so I'm not sure what the problem with this location is

In and out. Busy location and I appreciate the systems and processes they have in place to get through the line of people looking to utilize their services. Every representative is friendly, helpful, and proactively addressing each individual visiting their site. Thank you.

The staff is nice and the place is clean. But I waited for two hours to be seen for a simple drug test. And the company who hired me had notified them ahead of time that I was coming and provided them with paperwork. They need more staff. Many people were seen before me even though I had been waiting for two hours. Just terrible.
