As always, exceptional customer service. Cheryl Cusick, at the Providence Place Location was very nice and courteous. Very knowledgeable of Tiffany products I purchased. Very pleasant experience as always

First of all WOW!nAMAZING experience!nMe and my boyfriend were greeted by a gentleman at the front door where our temperatures were taken and your given hand sanitizer right away I let him know I was in there to get my necklace that I have owned for 10 years repaired. He guided me to a back office where I met Margaret she instantly was able to send out my necklace assure me that it will be taken care of and shipped back to me as soon as possible . I have never ever had such great customer service she is so friendly so upbeat and also was able to show me around and show me some of the new goodies they had in the cases. NOT being able to shake hands and or give hugs is so hard with these tough times we are in she would have recieved both . I recieved my necklace today in the mail I have never ever seen my necklace look so good ! It is fixed and polished its like the first day I recieved it ! Thabk you so much again !
