I work with a Dealership in Rhode Island and I've never had a harder time getting a hold of someone or documents I needed to get my customers vehicle registered. They made things complicated and asked for forms that I never had to send to other insurance company. At the end I was able to find my client a better insurance quote with a compamy that picks up the phone! I don't know if they are short staffed because of Covid but I do not recommend this company, god forbid you had an accident and need assistance and you had no body to reach.

I have been a client of Wave Insurance for several years. Throughout the years, Mr. DiChiara, the owner, has always been responsive to my questions, and is always looking out for my best interests. He is good about explaining the differences between coverage options and helps me make the best decision for my business. If you need insurance, I highly recommend Wave insurance.
