Had insurance here for a few months, first off the guy who owns this place has a serious attitude problem.For being a customer who came in to purchase insurance I didn’t feel welcome at all. I tried to explain to him my situation and the accident which caused my insurance to rise and he basically told me very arrogantly that it was my fault.. then one day I had come in to bring some paperwork back I had asked to use the bathroom.nnHe always has his dog in the office with him I guess. He was on the phone and he told me to watch out for the leash almost like he was annoyed I had come over to use the bathroom.nnThen there’s the entire having to pay by credit card by calling in every month which is rediculous. Seriously what place does that?nnFor someone who’s looking to run a business and sell insurance you might wanna work on your customer service skills first.nnDon’t recommend this place to anyone.
