I haven't been here since 2011, but Dr. Aaron Milam was wonderful. Had two bunion surgeries and still almost 10 years later it feels like I never had the surgery. He was straight to the point of what needed to be done and did a wonderful job. Still happy I can walk without pain.

Nice guys finish last. Both Dr Milam and Dr Bigelli are very nice and caring. But mistakes do happen. Dr Milam removed an in grown toenail which caused me to be out of work for six weeks due to a staff infection. I could have persued a malpractice suit but did not as they are caring and considerate. Found out a few days ago the same thing happened to my friend's husband.nOn top of that, Dr Bigelli attempted to perform a bunion correction twice and they were not successful. Twelve weeks out of work. I now have constant pain and the bunion is more pronounced than ever. Went for a second opinion and Dr Pascalides wanted to do a third surgery. No thanks!

Dr Milam not only is he a nice guy, but he's a great doctor. You never have to wait like you do for any other doctors office. I made a crucial mistake and I was pretty much forced to have my surgery by another doctor that I don't want to name. My injury is a workers comp case and for me to have the surgery I needed, my work made me get the surgery from a doctor I really didn't want to use. I was very happy with Dr milam. But I was in so much pain. I really didn't want to wait another year to fight in the courts to have Dr milam do the surgery. Truth be told. I should have waited to have doctor milam do the surgery. Even if I had to wait another year. My foot actually got worse after the surgery. So I went back to Dr milam. It was the best decision I made. My feet are already getting better. Dr milam saved me! I strongly strongly recommend North providence foot care to anyone who needs a good podiatrist. Especially Dr milam.

The doctors may be awesome at what they do but I would know. The two times I tried to make an appointment the secretary gave me issues the first time and on the second attempt I was put in hold for about four minutes or so, called back only to receive a recorded message saying they was in lunch break. Great way to accept new patients.

I went to see Dr. Bigelli after having suffered for over a year with extreme ankle pain. He diagnosed my Tarsel Tunnel quickly, suggested treatment options I hadn't been offered by my previous doc and I have been pain free for quite some time now. I would highly recommend him!
