I’ve been going to this pharmacy for over two years and it’s had its ups and downs but today was the last straw. I’m a student at WKU and a Tennessee resident that’s been able to fill prescriptions throughout BG with my TN insurance. I call this morning and it was the normal process. The guy tells me the prescription will be ready in an hour. I finally go to pick it up and suddenly the guy is telling me they no longer take my insurance from Tennessee AFTER I drove all the way there. There was no call, no text, nothing. When I asked for a little more information to see who I needed to contact, the guy was extremely rude and gave no information. When I asked if my insurance was no longer accepted he replied with “I guess.” When I finally go inside to speak with another pharmacist, I ask the same guy politely if I can get a little more information on the issue and he says “She’s just going to tell you what I already did.” Wow, thank you how helpful. When the pharmacist finally comes up to speak with me she provided NO information whatsoever and just simply printed out my rejection sheet as if I know what all of that means. After today’s terrible experience with dealing with SUCH rude and unhelpful pharmacists I will not be returning or recommending this pharmacy.

Worse pharmacy ever. There is always someone different at the counter and all the the pharmacist act nervous. I have made three trips today and yesterday to get my prescription and I still don't have it. They even argued with me about Kroger not sending me a notification my prescription was ready even though I showed the text message on my phone.

Four trips to the store and I still don’t have my rx filled. 1st two trips they “couldn’t find my rx from the doctors office.” Third Trip - there’s several ppl in front of you, if you come back later this evening they’ll definitely be filled. On fourth trip, I was told they wouldn’t be ready until next business day despite being told 3 hrs prior that it would only take 1hr to fill my rx and to return this same evening.nnHorribly incompetent.
