Excellent staff and great products! Love the rental program and the fact that anything can be shipped to me. Wish people would stop giving the store a hard time.

Plenty of parking on a weekday in lot k. I was the only customer in the shop and it was very quick order pick up!

As a working grad student, the rental and used book program helps me save money! I love giving the merchandise as gifts to my parents and alumni friends. Clean, friendly staff, pleasant all-around.

If you like for profit stores that prey on college students and never have the actual books you order, enjoy shopping here. They never have the books you order in stock and always end up charging you more. Shame that it's not owned by the school anymore. Look at any other booksite.

You would think they would answer their phones and emails. I’ve called many times and emailed many times and never got a response nor does anyone ever answer the phone.
