Beware. Unprofessional. Dishonest. Signed quote, chased them for 3months. Came by here and there. Had to work on weekend to finish 3 small jobs. Quality of work was rushed due to squeezing my work order in on the side. Never did what they said or showed up when they said. I cancelled my 4th job and they ate my deposit. I had to collect my own materials in the end because they were unreliable to deliver to me. Worst experience. Do not recommend using this group.
Warning! I gave a deposit November 2020 to have some painting done on my house. Five months later without hearing a word from the company I asked for the deposit back. I was sent the deposit minus $500. He decided to keep this money for his free estimate and his time for doing nothing. Very shady man I will see them in court.
Horrible work. Workers accidentally dropped a ladder on side of house. The neglected to infowm me. Ladder damaged siding. Promissed to place drip strips ( they didn't) We now have a leak under our doorway caused by these hacks.

Very happy with our kitchen remodel. It looks great and we love it! Reframing to the floor needed to be done in order to support a tile floor. Its an old house. The work was done knowledgeably and sturdily. The workers were professional and showed up when they said they would. They also contained the mess as much as possible to the work area only. They cleaned up before they left everyday. The price was reasonable for the amount of work done. Will recommend Cottrell Bros to our friendsnCathy&Neil
