Fair in his prices got my car done in a day like he said I would go there again had no problems
Scam Shop. Exhaust manifolds were supposed to be replaced at Simpson's and when I took the vehicle back after 21 months to determine why they were noisy again, the mechanic told me the manifolds needed to be replaced.I told him they had been replaced less than two years ago and he said they were very old and hadn't replaced within years. I told him that his repair shop, (Simpson's) was paid over $1,200.00 to replace them over a year and a half ago. The mechanic bagged his own garage!!nI had them inspected by two independant mechanics and they verified that the manifolds had not been replaced!
Quality work at reasonable prices. They figure out what you need and don't try to upsell anything else. Quick turn around time.
I've been a regular here for 15 years or more. They are fair and reasonable. They have always treated our cars well and worked hard to keep the bad ones running. Now my son brings his car there.
I was referred to Simpson’s by a loyal customer and friend of mine. Simpsons auto always treats me with respect answers all my questions. It’s nice to find a good auto mechanic I can trust. I took my son ( new driver 1st car) there for repairs on his car they talked directly to him and taught him a thing or two about his car. It was nice to have my son leave with a good 1st impression. My husband will be making his first appointment soon.
