Me and my family went to this location to place three orders and the gentlemen named Kaiser made all our day so much better very friendly and hilarious. Just want to say he's an amazing worker and should be complemented for his service and acknowledged for going above and beyond. Thanks again.
I ordered two DELUXE sandwiches (double meat and cheese) and paid for it. I also ordered EXTRA EXTRA ranch on both sandwiches. The sandwiches were NOT deluxe, nor did they have the extra ranch on them. They had less ranch than what would typically come on the sandwich if you had not even asked for extra. For this subway to be the only one with a CLOSED lobby where you are forced to order from the drive-thru, then operate like this, is unacceptable by all standards. If you are in the mood for the subway, I would steer clear of this one!!
Normally I would not leave a bad review if something was bad because I wouldn’t want to hurt a business by just one experience. But this has happened on several occasions. At this location there is a female that is VERY rude, and has a bossy tone. I just left the drive-thru and my sandwich had two tiny pieces of turkey slapped on it, bread is hard, TWO pickles and (I’m not even exaggerating) a tiny squirt of mayonnaise. I was the only car there and she acted so rushed. This isn’t the Subway I usually go to and now I know why.
Ordered online and didn't ask for sandwiches to be toasted yet they did it anyway and they are very poorly made.
Service is slow. They seem unconcerned about their drive thru pace.
