Do not visit or do business with or in Waterville without your attorney's phone number on speed dial. I have installed 5 cameras and two microphones in each of my vehicles thanks to Waterville Police Department. They are both morally and legally corrupt to the core. And one must believe, based upon the inaction of the mayor and council members, that they too lack the courage or moral character to properly represent the needs of the people they are supposed to represent. That the people of Waterville have not risen up and addressed this in a manner both public and forceful tells one a lot about the people of Waterville themselves. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place like the plague.
Video going around was absolutely horrifying. How can one serve and protect if they are stalking and threatening? Never enter this town without your lawyer on speedial. Always record these guys for your own saftey. You've been warned.
After watching video of an altercation between a retired officer (Art Linger) and Mr John Walz i would not go near that town without front and rear dashcams and cellphone ready in case they stop you. Chief David LaGrange should be let go for his handeling of this case....OMG
The FBI should be investigating these crooks soon. This police department is a disgrace to police officers nation wide. Hopefully indictments will soon follow.
