I have been a customer at Dunkin’s Diamonds for many of years, Saturday I had the most knowledgeable and helpful woman assisting my husband and myself. I wish I had remember her named (blonde hair and blue eyes). She has only been there for a few days. She has a delightful personality and you could tell that she has a passion for helping clients finding exactly what they want.
Great customer service. Ethan went above and beyond to get my ring fixed and back to me in a timely manner and found me quality stones to replace ones lost out of my ring, at a reasonable price.
We love Dunkin's Diamonds! They have the best jewelry for reasonable prices. If they don't have what we are looking for, they help us special order what we want. We had custom alterations done on wedding rings. Their insurance is really good for repair. They have the friendliest sales associates. We always go to Dunkins for our jewelry. We refer them to all our friends and family.
Kathy helped me out a lot when I was looking for the perfect ring to propose to my wife. Gave me several options and we narrowed it down to one and then put a bigger stone in the center. It turned out awesome!! Thank you Kathy and Dunkins for being great!!
