I've gotten my marriage license here before and today I got a replacement title. I'm and out in 10 minutes with a new title in hand. Additionally, the clerk herself has always been both very helpful and very quick to respond to my email.
Closed to public and was labeled as the in-person voting site for Warren County through website, but was the absentee/mail-in ballot drop off only. Then, could not enter to ask anyone where to vote. Was able to call and found out voting was literally 8 miles across town on the whole otherside, where I had just come from. Should have been labeled right on website, but moving past that gaffe, there should have been some type of signage or note informing the public where they needed to go to vote, especially since it was a drop off point for the other ballots. Very poor preparation and not what should be happening at our PUBLIC offices!
Flat out rude staff today during my visit. I understand there's a pandemic, but wow. This person was not willing to help me whatsoever. Im very dissatisfied with whomever waited on me this morning. 0/5 stars.
Super rude and unprofessional staff! To be employed by an ELECTED official and be compensated by the TAX PAYERS dollars, you would think they would be able to provide professional customer service. Maybe a new County Clerk would put them back in their place!
Rude staff, been there 3 different times and their demeanor is so arrogant as if they are making me a favor to look at me. Their answers are yes or no, never do they help you, guide you on what needs to be done to solve the issue. It’s not hard to just be nice. When working with public, people skills are a must.
