Never called back regarding unemployment. Absolutely pathetic that they are willing to let people starve and go homeless rather than actually working on cases.

Never answers. Love to know how any of these people are doing there jobs. The only call I have ever gotten answer I was hung up on in my face. Discusted.

I am not surprised by their poor service. I manage to find a job on my own without their help.

There are a couple of decent people that work there but for the most part they all act like its just going to hurt them to help anyone. But that is what they get paid for they shouldn't make people feel bad for coming to get something that they pay in for its ridiculous. Hope i never have to deal with them again.
