I like the cuts of meat they have to offer for the most part. Staff is always friendly. Prices are awesome
Save-a-lot in Niles has gone way down hill since the start of the pandemic. They expect you to bring carts back into the store while an attendant sits there to issue a quarter back and clean carts. They also took away the fresh 5 for $20 deals. In a time when families are standing in food lines Save-a-lot could be doing more to help families save. When i asked a manager about them removing the fresh 5 for $20 I was told that they couldn't be bothered to package the deal meat right now and to choose from the frozen instead or pay the fresh prices listed. Rude. Stingy and inconsiderate during a time of need and national crisis. I will go to Giant Eagle from now on, where they still supply the 5 for $20 deal.
I absolutely love the sav a lot store by the east wood mall!! I keep going back becausr obviously the prices are great! I get so much food for so little under 200.00 everytime! I'm a family of five so it really helps out. More importantly the customer service and cleanliness/organization is on point! Everytime I come in I am treated nicely and I never have a hard time finding what I need! If you're looking for a bargain I would highly recommend this location! Thanks to the staff for all you do!
