Low rating due to shift supervisor during the evening hours was rude, inconsiderate n when ask for help refused to go back with me to look at a item that had a crack in its to follow me. Upon checkouts I ask if a certain breakables could be wrapped in newspaper she stuffed one sheet in the box. she was mouthy refused to adjust a price reasonable of the items that was broke when I ask for the supervisors she claimed she was one n I said i'll call corporate n she got on her phone calling them like they would agree with her rude attitude.. I never been treated so poorly n rude then she had treated me. All the other sale ladies were real nice n helpful at this store just her made the experience one I will not forget.
Went to the warren family dentist office in the plaza, probably the best dentist I've ever been to. The employees are extremely polite and friendly. The dentist does excellent work in a timely manner, definitely worth visiting.
Went to City Trends. Was watched from a distance and covertly followed by the salesperson on 12/2/2020 @2:10. Salesperson never asked can I help you. Salesperson followed me to the door as if the theft alarm would ring when i left. Same thing occurred during my last visit. Wouldn't recommend this store. Clothes are irregular fitting anyhow and low quality. People want to have a good time when shopping and not feel like they are in a prison being watched by correctional guards. This is a serious problem in Warren, OH stores. Gonna start shopping on line more. They don't hire black people for the most part in these stores anyhow. If a business can't respect the customer the business doesn't deserve the customer's money.
Was picking up medication from the pharmacy.. not to long of a waiting.. the staff were very polite and respectful.
just class is pretty cool got a Giant eagle Goodwill dentist bar restaurant there's a couple of empty places but it's not horrible everything you need is right there
