Mail drop box could be placed better. This is only my opinion.I'm forced to walk , It hurts with knee surgery. Drive by would be better.
Security is pointless and useless. I asked them to call Niles police. I was told that it was a civil matter (When it actually was a criminal matter) and that i had to call them myself!! Pointless. Oh...the shoplifter got away! Merry Christmas to his family!!
