Excellent customer service, everyone is extremely friendly, kind & helpful in assuring that what you need is found or ordered for you. They have a quality selection on hand for those who aren't sure just what you need which I really appreciated! Easiest & quickest scrub shopping experience I've had and prices are competitive with online prices as well. I'll certainly be a return customer to Neal's!
I was seriously impressed with the quality of this store. The staff are very helpful and realistic. They have a good idea of what people in your situation tend to prefer. They also have a realistic perspective on what to buy and aren't trying to pressure you into unnecessary purchases.
Only place I will go for uniforms / shoes/ assecories!! The staff is WONDERFUL! Very helpful and knowledgeable! This is a business that still believes in old school customer service that is lacking in society today! We had a great experience and will continue to use them for all our future needs! I highly recommend a visit to them before anyone else! Thank you for a consistent pleasant shopping experience!
