Great guys working there. Nick and his coworker helped me alot. I needed inserts for my shoes because I stand on my feet all day long and they both took their time to show me the inserts and even let me put them in my shoes to try them out. Really great workers and my inserts are fantastic. Redwing boot and shoe inserts have saved my feet in the past from pain and these new ones are awesome.

On the initial visit, they are pretty much like any other shoe store. Although they took the time to find out what you were there for ie,type of work,type of boot needed. What I believe sets them apart is their comfort guarantee. 30 day return. Really?! Unheard of. Son used it in so far as he took them back and rather than a new purchase, it was recommended to stretch out the boot. Brought them home the following day. Very impressed and would recommend to anyone who needs boots/work shoes.
