Receptionist was nice. I was told my diabetic shoes and insoles would be in in 2 weeks. It took almost 4 weeks. If my insurance would have approved this place in Austintown then I would have gone there. Their selection was terrible, only had 2 leather athletic shoes, 1 black and 1 white. My shoes came in and they are super nice and comfortable.
My orthos don't fit. Never have and the last time I was there for adjustments he threw his hands up saying that I just have really bad feet. Then basically told me to adjust them with a blow dryer. They have hurt my feet worse and cause a lot of back pain. I have had 2 podiatrist tell me they are not good for me. So I moved out of state and because of my insurance can't get another set for about 6 months. I can't afford to pay for this as I am disabled and limited income. Livid ud83dude21
