Love my sketchers and that no one tried to upsell me or pressure me into a buy. Had my size though I have a larger foot and were super friendly at the desk
Even though they have good prices. The employees just stood around and watched us. Only one employee, a young man, was asking people if they needed help. There were 4/5 employees standing around talking. I had to ask them if someone could help me. Customer service could use some help.
Very average shoe store with a relatively good selection of shoes and decent prices.
Always have good price shoes
A little disappointed, I had called ahead of time to confirm they had my shoe in stock because it is a 45 minute drive. When I arrived they said they had none in stock and that I would have to drive to erie, PA. The lady at the counter did end up calling erie store to have them hold a pair. Huge inconvenience for us but I felt the lady did help as much as she could.
