Bought A gold cross 8 months ago and paid for the replacement warranty. Bale on cross broke and they were out of stock. I was told to stop by on Wednesday's to see if it was in stock, I asked that it be ordered and was told that they don't do that, I asked that salesperson take my number and call me when it does come in and was told that they don't have time for that. I decided to go and pay to have the cross repaired. Very Bad Customer Service!! There warranty isn't worth the paper that it is printed on and the 2 people working today we're Too busy talking to people to do there Job.

My daughter kills earrings, not on purpose but she is so tough on them so I find myself here every few months. The staff is always excellent and I never have to wait for service, have bad service or have any issue with the products. They also do offer warranties on the jewelry which is nice when shopping for kids.
