I'd give them 0 stars if I could after our services I looked at other funeral homes and found out I was over charged . 3 other funeral homes wanted $720 or less for cremation services thay charged me $1800 for basic cremation our family has always used them for everything I was truly crushed I could have had a complete funeral some place elsewhere for the same price so I talked to both owners about price and thay both gave me so many excuses thay are bad people to deal with please use any another funeral home u can find and please call on price u will find out that carl w hall charge double or almost triple the other funeral homes look at your bill and compare price u will be heart broken like I was and thay never adjusted that price for me the older man there told me it like gitting your car fixed u should have checked price first but I trusted in them this is the only place my family ever went for funeral services I did not mind paying a little more but this is sad and hurts my heart to know i could have got a full funeral calling hrs and service for the price i have to pay them for a basic cremation thay use a out sourced company to pick up body in a dirty mini van the driver had house slippers on to pick up my moms body so disrespectful of funeral home no class so sorry mom I let them take you like that hurts me so bad every day I never had anything in life hurt me like carl w hall funeral home did please dont trust leaving your family member with those people many good funeral homes in area some with cremation services as low as $600 for same service so save your mind and your money go elsewhere and tell your friends what I told u here so that dont get ripped off like I did

The staff and funeral directors were very kind and accommodating; we had several last minute requests that they easily took care of.nnOur grandfather passed away in Columbus and they worked directly with the funeral home there to ensure everything was handled with ease.nnI've dealt with many funeral homes and Carl W Hall is among the most professional and kind group I have worked with.nnHighly recommended.

The Staff is amazing. So helpful and caring during the hardest time of my life. I cannot Thank them enough for all they did for me and my family. Going above and beyond. Patient and understanding. Very much appreciated. Thank You Carl W. Hall.

Very loving and compassionate. They are extremely dedicated to the family of the deceased and make every effort to address all of the needs to provide a wonderful tribute to the deceased.

We were there on the 23rd and 24th of October 2015, to celebrate the life and going home of our dear brother in the Lord, Pastor Tom Razum. The staff was wonderful as was the service.
