Nice boot store. Not sure if I could go here on my own dime, but since the company pays for the boots, this is where I go. Really nice boots and service.
I was with my fiancé to look at some boots that he needs for work and was looking to get a pair today. There was only one employee and 2 other customers in addition to my fiancé. We let him know what we were looking for and let him know that my fiancé is an EMT in fire academy. We asked his recommendation and he showed us 2 pairs and walked away before we could ask anymore questions. He did not introduce himself and didn’t even invite us to ask any questions if we needed anything. Responses were very short and did not at all give the impression that he wanted to help anyone there. We just walked out due to the frustration of not getting any help.
I just had the nicest experience there! Went to get new work boots for my husband and admittedly don’t know what I’m doing - just that he needs something safe for electrical work. I had a style picked out. Kevin was very helpful in telling me all of the features and even some of the downsides of the boot. I appreciate the honestly. Now, hopefully they are worth the price!
Staff was super helpful and friendly; was not pushy in the slightest and very accommodating to my requests on what I was looking for. Helped me find the perfect boots and less than 10 minutes and I was out the door happy!
