My wife dropped a pair of diamond stud earrings (her favorites) in the sink at a hotel. I managed to disconnect the trap but could only recover one. The Basch Jeweler rep (Marissa) was meticulous in her approach to procure a replacement. So much so that she special ordered a stone twice to assure a match. To be honest, they both seem brighter than before.
The Customer Service is first class! They have designed rings that incorporated family stones and have helped me find specialized gifts within my price range. Marissa is especially amazing as she helped me in a pinch finding a special necklace for my daughter- and it was perfect! I couldn't be more happy with Don Basch and all they have done for us over the years.

I originally visited to have my wedding set cut off for a broken finger. They were gentle and explained how it worked so I wouldn’t be cut. When my finger healed and the swelling was finally down, they sized my rings and soldered them together. My rings look better than the day they were purchased!! You can’t even tell they are soldered together! I could have never imagined my beautiful set looking this amazing again! I’m beyond grateful and have found my forever jeweler! Thank you Basch family!
