We were very disappointed with the level of customer service and communication! We had left multiple emails, phone calls and had to wait months for the final bill. Our sevice was video taped due to Covid and we were going to share it at the memorial a few months later. We found out later, it was deleted without clearly being informed that it was only available a short period of time for viewing. We had to ask for things like prayer cards, a sign-in book and thank you cards that were included on our package.
My family has used this location many times and I have attend many funeral services at this location, the most recent last month was HUGE and it went so smoothly.nThe staff and family that run this location are amazing at what they do. They are professional, caring and have great standards. In my opinion they can accommodate just about anything you need. I highly recommend Ferfolia.
I am Revising my previous Negative post. Unfortunately we had another funeral here. The first review was based on my ignorance of the situation with what my niece wanted at the funeral. The second funeral with my father was very different and handled perfectly.nI need to say Mary is absolutely wonderful, some of the family members setting up my father's funeral were beyond difficult and just aweful humans. Mary motored through and stayed professional. I would like to appologize to the funeral home for my previous, negative review, and express my gratitude to you and Mary. I had no idea how aweful members of my family could be and I am deeply sorry the way they acted. Thank you again for your absolute professionalism.
