This store has gone down hill. From management to the employees . I mean I can't believe how disorganized they truly are. The parking lot is not safe people break into cars all the time . This store has gone down hill period
I will buy anything here any more I had bad exspreis with a manager.i would recommend this place to know one .I bought the wrong size an I didn't wear them an took them back for a larger size . So happens I lost the receipt am they gave a hard time.it was only the next day.
Large variety but never have the size I need in store. Still selling the same shoe models from 5 years ago and for the same price I paid back then. You'd think prices would be lower by now considering they are older styles.
Love shoe carnival they always have the best deals and with growing kids you really need that. I recommend this place to everyone I know and if you order online the longest I've waited was 3 days to get the order.
