I wanted to give the post office 0 stars! But, that was not an option!nNone of the prompt were what I needed, and couldn't speak with a representative. Terrible service. I sincerely hope FedEx put the US Post Office out of business!
Once again they delivered the wrong house's mail to my house. I put it back out for them with mail I'm sending. The mail man came up looked at it and left it. Went back to his truck and threw his bag in the back then grabbed a white bin full of mail and threw it.
I have been to many post offices and shipped out a lot of things. I will not return to this post office. Carla was the most unpleasant and felt very rude. She was reading a magazine and no communication with helping me assist with shipping packages. I understand it’s after the holidays but you don’t need to seem like you hate your job!

Amazing customer service from this branch. On Saturday of memorial Day weekend 2019 a package from Amazon was marked delivered, but wasn't with my mail. I was really looking forward to this particular delivery because it contained items I needed to finish a woodworking project - items that are nearly impossible to find locally, especially on a holiday weekend. I called the branch 20 minutes before they closed for the weekend and explained the situation. The person who answered the phone determined that the package was delivered to the wrong address and sent a message to the mail carrier. Before noon, leas than 20 minutes later, a woman from the post office showed up with my package. She had retrieved it from the wrong address, explained to the occupants it had been misdelivered (they had already opened it), and brought it to my house in that short period of time. Absolutely exceptional customer service.
