They repaired my shoe and they did an excellent job

Haven't used a dry cleaner in a while but the price to clean a corduroy jacket seemed a bit high. And it took a solid week to get it back. Looking for another place.

One of the few shoe repair services in our area, fantastic job

I am sorely disappointed with the work and service. I requested replacement of the heel taps on a pair of nude shoes that that beige soles and taps. At pickup I discovered the repair was made with a pair of black taps that did not match the shoes and detracted from the shoes appearance. I tried to brainstorm for the owner ways he could fix the problem including painting the taps. However, that was poorly done also and the paint came off in minutes. I called to inform the owner that the solution didn’t work and he advised me he would order the right color if I “paid him a lot of money” because he said they have to be purchased in a lot and he thought I should incur the cost for his work materials that would be used on other customers. I ended with suggesting that he remove the taps and I go somewhere else that has the proper materials and he advised me that he could do that but he wasn’t going to give any refund because he already wasted his time. When I mentioned that perhaps this could have been avoided by notifying me before the repair was done that he didn’t have the same color and giving me the opportunity to go elsewhere, he hung up on me. So now I need to go and lay someone else to do it over correctly and just wanted to warn anyone else of the poor workmanship and even worse customer service. I suggest going somewhere that your business will be appreciated and earned. We all work hard for our money and have a choice on where we do business.
