Lou and his crew did a wonderful of cleaning my basement tile floor after I had a septic backup. The multi-step process was clearly explained to me. The floor looks better now than it ever has since I bought the house. They came over in the evening the same day that the plumber fixed the problem even though they already had a long day working at another house
Lou was great! I'm in the process of purchasing a home and running through the normal inspections. Lou informed me of any issues or concerns. He went above and beyond what I thought the inspection would include. Highly recommend!
Our sump pump failed and the basement was taking on a lot of water. We called Lou with LM Companies and they showed up within 30 minutes to take care of it all. They were very professional and experienced and had the water extracted in no time. I highly recommend them for your next emergency!
I'm posting this review on behalf of CSL Plasma in Akron, Ohio. On Thursday, January 11, 2018, a water main line busted outside of our company, which caused our entire company basement to flood. We reached out to LM Companies LLC for help, and they responded back almost immediately. They met us at our facility first thing the following morning. Within 4 hours, they had the entire basement cleaned up! Their work is spectacular, and I would highly recommend them for any of your restoration projects. We will definitely use this company again if something like this ever happens again!!
