Poor customer service and you get lowballed for high value items. A lot of inconsistency with how they decide a price for your item. One of the worst pawn shops if not the very worst.

Great staff. The young lady who works in there is very pleasant and professional. There was also a new guy working. He was super cool and gave me a great deal on what I was buying

Sometimes I have good experiences and other times they are rude and talk down to you. The young lady that works there is very nice and professional. The one guy, not sure of his name is a know it all, cuts you off in conversation, and talks down to you like your a nobody.
