Received very rude customer service on the phone. No reason for it and quite frankly unprofessional. I called to ask when I should come in to have my 6 month ring inspection per their policy for the warranty. I had missed my date and am currently quarantining because of a positive covid test. I did not want to void the warranty by not coming in, and did not want to come in and expose people, hence why I was calling to ask what they needed. The lady on the phone repeatedly told me I had to wait till I was clear of covid, disregarding my actual question and all around speaking to me rudely. Obviously I know I have to wait till I'm clear, that is the entire reason I was calling. Thank you for nothing but attitude and no real answer :)

Antwaun D. & Ron P. gave us great customer service. Me and my wife went to Kay on our 1st year anniversary, looking for her a ring enhancer.
