This company handles their business with the utmost disrespect and unprofessionalism to not only their clients and the deceased, but to their employees as well. They frequently partake in improper and unregulated practices that are most certainly less than industry standards, and encourage their employees to hide these practices from the public. For example, employees handling human remains were never informed when they were at risk for transmittable diseases like AIDS and C.DIFF from inflicted remains. PFS never provided employees with proper healthy and safety training. Human remains were also often stored improperly or in excess to a level of violating the safety of handlers as well as the preservation of the remains themselves. Employees were also encouraged to deceive and lie to the grieving families in order to protect PFS and other funeral homes in the area who also act with deception to the public. As a client, you should know that your loved ones will NEVER be handled by someone who has been background-checked nor formally trained in safe and respectful handling and removal. It is clear that this business has no intention of handling client relationships in a professional way, and are only looking to make a quick buck by exploiting their clients, their employees, and the grieving.
