I’d give this shop 10 stars if I could. I’ve never been a plant person until I came here. Justin goes above and beyond for his customers and employees. He truly cares about your experience from start to finish. Everything is well taken care of and there is a wide variety of plants to choose from. Even if you’re a beginner with plants, don’t be afraid. All of the staff are knowledgeable and will help you with anything you’re unsure of. I will always make the drive to Lepley & Co!

Absolutely BEAUTIFUL plants, and beautiful shop. The atmosphere is so warm and welcoming. Everyone is so friendly and helpful. I’ve shopped Lepley & Co when it was just a small community plant stand. The love and care that goes into the plants is out of this world.

This place is AMAZING! If you're looking for a plant shop that has a wide variety of high quality plants AND someone to ask all of your plant questions to, this is your spot. It's refreshing to find a place that cares about the well being of their plants and their customer's experience. We come to this shop regularly and it never disappoints. We've seen the air plant exhibition, purchased multiple planters, plants, rocks, and even a cute little knitted cap for a cactus that I gifted for Christmas. Thanks to having an educated plant lover working at their store, I have learned the best plants for my home and been given sound advice on what kind of plants to gift to others. I would highly recommend coming here.

Carma and Piper were super helpful every time I visited the Akron location! No question was too silly, and she went above and beyond to make sure our questions were answered before we took our new plant babies home. Super chic, clean, safe space and friendly location. My plants are still thriving thanks to the staff! Always recommend this store for others if they’re first starting out, or for adding more plants to their home!

I have bought a mystery box from this store and it was amazing. I had 3-4 starter plants that allowed for me to pot and thrive!nI mistakenly cut one and it’s not doing great, but the product that I received from this store was amazing and I believe everything has a chance to do super well!nI know they care about the product they sell, even after it leaves the store.nAmazing people!
