Absolutely awful customer service, had to deal with them several time through out my buying process the “assistant manager” is unhelpful and so rude no patience to explain, and completely uneducated on what she’s selling. Also my ring came back damaged TWICe and there response “what do you want us to do?” Don’t waste your time or money
This location of Kay Jewelry has been a blessing for me! I live out in the country a ways and this is my closest real jewelry option. I have been shopping here for about 2 years. Everyone has been so professional and kind. From sales to maintain and cleaning of my purchases. This store truely is my one stop shopping experience.

Amazing and accommodating staff. Helped us pick our wedding bands. Very patient in helping us find one to match my engagement ring. Always our preferred jewelry store for everything.
I've only ever shopped at Kay's but I will never give them another dime. Store associate tried to force me to wear a mask even though I have health issues that prevents me from wearing one. I will take my business elsewhere.
