Always like to shop here.Just wish Famous Footwear would accept checks.The person that works there is holding my purchases until today for me ,which I appreciate.And they also are good at ordering shoes for you in a size,if they don't carry it in the stores.
Couldn't find what we needed because of size selection for kids but customer service was great. The associate tried to help us several times personally unfortunately but shoes didn't fit. Thank you for trying and then recommending online
One of the best places to get shoes around here. They won't help you over the phone if you call with a question. They want you to go to their site so they can generate ad revenue. -2 stars because of this company policy.
Great shoes and half off. I bought shoes last weekend and was still able to get my other ones half off even though I forgot my receipt. The cashier looked it up and gave it to me. A very happy customer
