Didn’t realize I would have to solve the davinci code to speak to a human being, tried multiple numbers and prompts to get absolutely no assistance still have not figured out how to talk to someone.nnIt’s been hours now and there’s been absolutely nothing but frustration customer service and ease of use would have a negative rating if I could give less than one star. Is there even a way to speak to someone on the phone or will it just keep asking prompts that have nothing to do with my issue then hang up when a robot can’t figure out how to help.nnWhat the hell.
I was waiting on packages today. I was sitting on my porch when I got an alert on my phone saying usps tried to deliver my package but could not access my porch. Well this was an absolute lie. Both my front and back porch are clear and accessible. No animals or anything else in the way to prevent the deli ery. And absolutely nobody showed to deliver because as I said, I've been on the porch. Terrible
Defund the post office they mysteriously lose all important packages.
Suck at doing any kind of mailing just close down!
