All officers, Fire Dept , Street Dept and other Ontario workers I have had contact with are friendly, polite, and professional. Our officers wave and sometimes stop to chat with residents. One is treated reciprocally by all law enforcement officers. Disrespect and pushback are dealt with as needed. Remember they are being attacked and killed in the line of duty across the nation. They have to assess each situation carefully and apply safety protocols as determined in each case. Be respectful, obey their commands and provide requested information and you will be treated fairly. When you are 'busted ', own your errors whether it be speed, drugs or other mistakes. They enforce the laws. They did not cause you to disobey it.nMay God Bless and keep safe all those who serve to enforce our laws, protect and serve our community each day. Thank You all.
I've had multiple pleasant experiences with our police. Most police officers are some of the kindest and upstanding people you could meet. They get a bad rap, but usually just from people who consistently break the law.

This is only a review of one officer not of the entire department. The officer that works at Ontario middle school let the F bomb drop during his ranting at the student body . It’s hard to respect someone who can’t control his mouth.
