I’ve been a member of FCC for many years. It is a wonderful, welcoming and inclusive church. We truly work to be the hands and feet of Jesus every day and to put action to our faith. It is a church that respects women both in clergy and as lay leaders. We affirm and welcome all who seek Christ, without discrimination. I’m proud to be a part of FCC. We have two Sunday services, one less traditional and the later service with an amazing choir and organ music. We take communion each Sunday as all Disciples of Christ churches do; and all are welcome at Christ’s table. If you have become discouraged by organized religion, you might find FCC is a breath of fresh air! Please join us!

They are nice people they help you once a year with a utility bill. They are part of a group called Christian help ministries I believe. They also help with food once every 3 months.

I love this church. We recently visited for my father's memorial service. I grew up in this church and miss it. If you live in Bowling Green and are looking for a welcoming and caring church community, you won't find anything better than the First Christian church in Bowling Green.
