The person I dealt with was very helpful. He showed me how to get a coupon even though they were out of stock for the items I wanted. My bad because I didn't check it out before I went up there. I still bought something because of his help.
Such great prices on all their tools and their tools and all of their products are extremely durable I am a foreign installer I use them daily they hold up just as good as any other tool regardless of what anyone says may not have the power but as far as their ability goes a plus
The store is always well-stocked and clean. The employees are usually friendly and helpful. I never have a problem until I get to the register and get hounded for my email address and/or phone number. Even after I say no, they continue to ask. A cashier was recently downright rude about it because I declined to give him my phone number. I understand they are forced to ask, but they shouldn't be rude and confrontational about it.
