Almost like my own private shopping experience, this place was amazing! I had the place to myself and the worker was extremely helpful and courteous. Great selection of shoes. They had everything I was looking for. I went in there with a modest budget but fell in love with a pair a bit out of my price range. I decide to go for it anyway and only buy the left shoe, but the manager was so kind and generous that she gave me the right shoe for FREE!! I will never buy shoes anywhere else ever again!
Found the black tennis shoes I had been looking for for months at shoe carnival but they didn't have my size. Googled the Nike pair and found the online at Shoe Sensation for the best price. Received them in 3 days. Very pleased!.
Came in to find a pair of non skid shoes in March right when COVID-19 began. The manager was so helpful and found other shoes throughout the store for me to try on without me even asking her. I found a pair, but unfortunately I had to return them because they squeaked terribly on tiled floor. It was after their 30 day return policy had expired, but she was able to refund my credit card rather than give me store credit. I appreciate it! She was very kind and professional.
Clean - well stocked
A new shoe store in Brimfield? Had to check it out! The young lady working on Monday March 9th was SO helpful...but not pushy! She helped me find the Perfect skid proof shoe...and it was on sale. Only 1 pair in my size...but its all good right? No! She went out of her way to find me another pair on the computer, then got them delivered! Free! I immediately went to work and told everyone who wears skid proof shoes! Way to snag a new customer and keep them coming back Shoe Sensation #146!! Best part...they were delivered Wed in the morning!
