Small local strip mall! Marc's is the current anchor store. It also has a Dollar Tree and CSL plasma. I've seen so many store's come and go when I was younger and the largest portion sat empty for years. I was very pleased when Marc's and Dollar Tree moved in and I hope they stand the test of time because it's super convenient having them so close to home. A tire place and a car wash are connected by the parking lot and there is a free standing Famous Hair and Nails building against the main road.

Most people in Kent can't tell you that Hills was a department store. Not sure why it's called Hills Plaza anyway. Hills isn't the original department store here, others like the Gold Circle were before it.nnIt's an old plaza but they keep it in decent shape.nnAs of writing this, the Hills is a grocery store called Marc's and it's the best grocery in Kent.
