They are very helpful and informative and really know what there talking about. I will definitely be going back.
They have fixed many of my shoes for prices that I thought were probably too low, and did a great job at it. I have bought some shoes there, and they have been great. As a bonus, I always have good time going there. I almost look for issues with my shoes so I can bring them in. Never a dull moment in the store!
Well I believe that they are trying to communicate that they are experts in shoe field. But I felt not well recieved or comfortable. I'm deaf and had a hard time understanding condescending remarks.
