I have been waiting for a package that was to be delivered last Saturday. I started tracking it and it sat at the kent post office pending approval for a week. Then I received notification that it was out for delivery yesterday. Nothing came yesterday and when I checked the status, it had changed to held at post office customer requested. Not true! Now I’ll have a fight to get the package.

Your service STINKS!nITS TERRIBLE!nSent 5 items to someone at Kent State within the last month and they DID NOT receive ANY OF THEM! AND YES the address Kent State provided is that I used. Has returning address. Has recieved 2 in the past, took 2 weeks to get it. Don't know what your problem is ....hope you get it corrected!!
