I have been working with Diamond Parking for many years. Their staff is very friendly. Drivers are prompt and awesome. I really like this company.
I’ve been parking here for almost 20 years, I guess out of habit. Today I realized they’re charging nearly $11/day to park. A quick google search showed me much cheaper options I’ll try from now on.
Over the last five years I’ve been a loyal Diamond customer parking with them every other week. Over the last 3 to 4 months their service has gone downhill. I consistently wait 20-30 minutes for Diamond while watching their competitors drive by 2-3 times while I wait. They have just lost a loyal customer.
Very poor service. Bus comes by to pick us up with room in it and driver says bus is full to wait for next one 10 minutes later finally arrives. Then get to parking lot the bus driver couldn’t even open up the security gate wait another 5 minutes. Get to gate to check out with my phone reservation in hand and waited another 5 minutes. Hey but if your going for a free car wash then this is the place did a pretty good job their
Charged me 68 Usd more for parking when leaving the car for a 189usd detail cleaning in my car. Nobody told me they will charge me that. Fishy and bad reviews!
Manager told me will call the 3rd party and let me know. Never contacted me back. Really? He lost my contact info? Pls.
DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR THERE!!!
There is other better places.
They don’t care about customers.
Never will park there again.

I’m changing my review after manager called me and refund me the money for the parking.
The wash was very professional and I defenetly will come back.
